WOW! Thanks for sharing the schematic, Arvind...like you needed one more thing to do :)
Matt, I'm actually really happy you asked. I'm sure it will be a good resource for other conference planners, and myself in the future!
What an amazing production! I was so happy that you were in charge!
I'm so glad that Doug and the Rough Cuts team were in charge of the hardware and shooting! Great team effort.
Thanks for sharing this. I do a lot of this for my school but we don't get anywhere near this complex. This is great! Thanks for everything you guys did for #tedxnyed Great day and my head is still spinning!
Robert, thanks for the comment. I do a lot of stuff for my school too, and also not this complex. For TEDxNYED we had to pull out all of the stops. We worked with an incredible video team (Rough Cut Proudctions) comprised of students and faculty members from the Science Leadership Academy. They, along with our streaming partner Livestream, We also worked with Videosmith, a rental house in Philadelphia. The combined knowledge brought us where we needed to be. I can't take more than just organizing credit.
I hope your head is spinning in a good way. I know that mine certainly is.

This is wonderful! The kids from SLA were very professional and I am really looking forward to sharing some of the videos with teachers from my school. Some are already following Dan Meyer and we are using photos & real life problems on the SmartBoard to tackle math and language arts skills. Thanks for everything you did for TEDxNYED and for sharing this schematic. I look forward to the next collaboration effort!
Laura, thanks for the comment. It sounds like you've got some exciting things going at your school. We're in the process of editing all the footage. Once it is available it will be a great resource to share.

This is very helpful, thanks!
Hans, I'm glad you found it helpful. We're always happy to share.
