This might be the coolest nerd gadget I've seen in a long while. Takes me back to my childhood fast. I love what they've done with the new machine. And apparently they can't keep 'em in stock!

I use Evernote to keep all of my notes and photos of important pieces of paper like receipts, prescriptions, whiteboards, etc. Droid Scan lets you take even better scans of physical things and keep them in your Evernote notebook.
Wow, too cool!
I like how not only do they know every e-mail that I have ever sent and received, but now also which e-mails that I have read and responded to, but now even which e-mails are important to me! Wow, can you also begin to tell me what to write, and then we'll be in business!
KickMap is an is a rethought out version of the New York City subway map. In my opinion it is better in a number of ways - mainly, the clarity on the different lines. It's available for iPhone now, but hopefully it will come out on Android before I get my Android phone :)
StandingCloud lets you try out more than 50 open source projects for free on their servers. Cool service, but look at this great list!
If you use Google Chrome as your browser, get this tool called Awesome Screenshot. The above video should make it quite clear as to why. Super useful.

Do your teachers/staff need to make their own website? Install OpenScholar from Harvard and you're off and running, no HTML knowledge needed. Very slick. And open source.
Google’s Do-It-Yourself App Creation Software
The New York Times did an excellent summary of Google's new App Creator for Android. Why wait for someone to build an app for your phone when you can just build it yourself. Easily.
This is a great example of why my next phone will be an Android phone and not an Apple phone. I want a phone that lets me do what I want with it, not what Apple engineers let me do with it.
I came across SchoolTVmadeEasy.com when looking for resources for my school's budding TV news production team. It's very useful if you use Adobe Visual Communicator as your software platform, and fairly useful even if you use a different solution.
